Example:
Magnetic paint – 1 Liter reicht für ca. 10 m² gestrichene Wand oder Tür (glatte Oberflächen).
A top coat with magnetischer Color is applied over it, which is available in various Colorn.

How does it work and what does it do?

The idea is quite simple: iron powder is mixed into wall paint so that magnets stick to every painted spot.
Each surface thus becomes “magnetisch”. This allows you to attach sketches or photos with magnets – without tape or thumbtacks.
Children can use it to play with Magnetfiguren or magnetic games, or to arrange letters.
The entire wall surface can become a giant magnetic board. Or you can use the system to display your Sneaker-Sammlung on magnetic shelves.

In just a few steps:

• Gut umrühren
• Apply 2–3 Schichten
• Apply Top coat in the desired color and design

Detailed instructions for optimal preparation:

Hinweis: If you want a smooth surface for Board color or Whiteboard-Color (e.g. SketchPaint), use it as the final layer.

• Prepare a smooth surface for painting.
• Stir the Color well until it has a uniform consistency (iron particles may settle during storage).
• Cover adjacent areas with painter’s tape.
• Use a short-pile roller for the first coat.
• Apply the Color in approx. 40 × 40 cm squares. Roll until the surface is smooth.

OPTIONAL:

After the first coat (1–3 m², depending on the tool), let it dry until darker and lighter areas become visible.
Then gently smooth the surface with a window squeegee or trowel – without removing the Color.
After each pass, clean the tool with a damp cloth. Streaks may be visible, but after the third coat the surface becomes very smooth.

• Let dry at least 4 hours between coats.
• Repeat step 4 two times.
• Before applying the Top coat, let dry for at least 24 hours (depending on room temperature and humidity).
